David Pena, PA-C has been practicing for thirteen years with a combination of internal medicine and sports medicine experience. Through his experience, he has been able to educate patients on chronic disease prevention and treatment options.
His goal is to help every patient understand their disease process and to involve them in their treatment options. David is fluent in Spanish.

Silvia Acosta, MS, PA-C
Silvia Acosta, PA-C received her Physician Assistant Certification from UC Davis, her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still. She serves our country as a reservist at the 144th Fighter Wing in Fresno.
Silvia has over five years of experience working with a general and vascular surgeon, where she provided various types of in office surgical interventions. Silvia serves our community providing women’s health, primary care services as well as in office procedures. Silvia is also fluent in Spanish.
